The Sacred Mirror — Brian Christian
A relational laboratory for practicing authentic expression while maintaining nervous system regulation. Participants engage in structured communication exercises that invite them to feel internal sensation while speaking truthfully and listening without defense.
The “mirror” is the other — not as evaluator, but as witness. Through guided polarity-based dialogues and attunement practices, participants encounter patterns of performance, avoidance, and projection, and learn to remain present through vulnerability.
This process supports the transformation of shame into self-awareness and fosters relational coherence that extends beyond the festival.
Focus: Conscious communication • Emotional regulation in relationship • Witnessing without fixing • Authentic expression • Relational attunement
