Event Guidelines

In exchange for participation in Sol y Luna Tantric Shamanic Festival, organized by: Alchemy Productions LLC, located in Sarasota, Florida, I understand, acknowledge, and agree to the following: 

1. I certify that I am 18+ years old.
2. I certify that I am physically, mentally, and emotionally able to participate in the Sol y Luna Tantric Shamanic Festival and any activity or performance associated with it, and have not been advised otherwise by a qualified medical professional.
3. I understand that I must be healthy when attending the Sol y Luna Tantric Shamanic Festival. If I have had flu-like symptoms before the event, I will be responsible for getting a clearing from my physician to participate. I will not attend the event if I have flu-like symptoms.
4. I agree to comply with any and all rules, regulations, terms, and conditions of the Sol y Luna Tantric Shamanic Festival, including but not limited to the following:

EVENT GUIDELINES 

To create a sacred space for all of us to embody our majestical selves, these are the guidelines we invite you to honor, respect, and consider.

1) Be fully PRESENT.

2) Sol y Luna is a space for conscious awakening, evolution, and transformation. Therefore we create sacred space FREE OF JUDGEMENT. If you experience judgment, we invite you to:

• • breathe,
  • shake it off,
  • inquire within what this judgment might be about,
  • examine what this judgment may have held you back from experiencing in life.

3) CONFIDENTIALITY. Respect everyone’s experiences by not sharing their experiences but yours only. If you desire to share someone’s experience, ask for consent from that person.

4) CONSENT is real. Before participating in any activity involving touch, we invite you to ask for permission using the phrase “May I touch you?”

5) We invite SELF-RESPONSIBILITY – “Responsibility is the state or fact of being responsible, answerable, or accountable for something within one’s power, control, and management.” Nothing is more delicious than being surrounded by people who take responsibility for their triggers, words, emotions, feelings, thoughts, and actions.

6) Radical INCLUSIVITY, DIVERSITY, and ACCEPTANCE. We welcome unique, powerful, and whole souls in human bodies. All sexes, genders, races, cultures, skin colors, faiths, religions, languages, and medical & political affiliations are welcome, respected, and honored. True diversity is where we all can exist with our opinions and life choices that do not harm others.

7) TRIGGERS, emotions, and feelings ARE GIFTS to our healing and evolutionary process. They will rise to the surface to make us aware of our inner conflicts.

8) Therefore, HONOR and RESPECT your TRIGGERS by observing them, feeling them, breathing them, and letting them show you what you need to see. What is it you are not seeing?

9) EMOTIONS and feelings are WELCOME. If you see someone having strong emotions, leave them alone, and respect their space and processing.

10) The POWER of RECEIVING A NO is a gift we can give to ourselves by honoring others by saying YES to themselves. Therefore, do not take it personally if someone says NO to you when you ask them to interact with you.

11) The power of THE SOLO STATION is that some events will involve ‘solo stations’ where you solo during an exercise. The solo station is the most powerful station you can be at. It allows you to explore deeper within yourself what parts of you may feel triggered or unloved—an excellent opportunity to do deep shadow work.

12) The POWER of SILENCE: We will experience moments of silence intentionally or unintentionally during the event. Many of your most significant insights could arise from silence.

13) The POWER OF DISTRACTIONS, noise, or interruptions. Take this opportunity to be the MASTER OF PRESENCE. How can you be fully present with yourself and others during moments out of your control or with anyone else? We welcome imperfection and distractions with no judgment because they teach moments about how PRESENT we can be.

14) Everything shared in this event is an INVITATION; you are not obligated to do anything if you don’t feel aligned with the exercise.

15) MODIFY, if you think an exercise or activity is outside of your growth zone, please modify it. Ask Francesca for help.

16) CONNECT WITH YOUR BREATH. The more you consciously breathe, the more in the NOW you are.

17) SOUND is welcome. Sound is vibration; vibration is energy. Sound is a great tool to release EMOTIONS (energy in motion).

18) STOP ASSUMING what others may think, feel, or expect. Assumptions kill unique experiences and breakthroughs that are on the rise.

19) START COMMUNICATING your intentions, desires, requests, and fears. When you communicate, you will find yourself creating unique experiences at our events and in your life.

20) Let go of your guards BUT have a CLEAR understanding of your BOUNDARIES.

21) COUPLES, be conscious and aware of your relationship agreements and boundaries.

22) Use DISCERNMENT, the ability to judge well. In any activity or person, you engage with.

23) TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF by drinking water, moving to the sides of the room, moving your body (shaking it off), laying down, journaling, etc.

24) ASK FOR HELP if you need it. For example, Lucia Gabriela will not know how to help you or modify any activities if you keep things to yourself.

25) You are welcome to JOURNAL on the spot what is arising, and you are invited to journal your experience in-depth after the event.

LIABILITY RELEASE

1. I and anyone claiming on my behalf release and forever discharge Alchemy Productions LLC and its affiliates, successors and assigns, officers, employees, volunteers, representatives, partners, agents, directors, members, contractors and sub-contractors, and other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers and if applicable, owners and lessors of equipment and premises used to conduct the Sol y Luna Tantric Shamanic Festival, events or activities and anyone claiming through them (collectively, the “Released Parties”), in their individual and/or corporate capacities from causes of action of any nature and kind, known or unknown, which I may have against Alchemy Productions LLC or any Released Parties arising out of or relating to any liabilities, injury, loss, damage to person and property that may be sustained as a result of participation in the Sol y Luna Tantric Shamanic Festival (“Claims”). 
2. I understand that participation in the Sol y Luna Tantric Shamanic Festival involves inherent risks, including the risk of physical or psychological injury, pain, suffering, illness, disfigurement, temporary or permanent paralysis, and/or death. I further acknowledge and fully understand that there may also be other risks that are not known or foreseeable at this time and I assume all related risks and voluntarily participate in the Sol y Luna Tantric Shamanic Festival.
3. I consent to have medical treatment that may be deemed advisable in the event of injury, accident, and/or illness during any program, event, or activity. I release Alchemy Productions LLC and all persons participating in any such medical treatment from all responsibility for any such actions. 
4. I agree that Alchemy Productions LLC is not liable for acts of God or actions taken by government agencies.
5. I KNOWINGLY AND VOLUNTARILY ASSUME ALL RISK OF PROPERTY LOSS, PERSONAL INJURY, SERIOUS INJURY, OR DEATH, WHICH MAY OCCUR BY THE SOL Y LUNA TANTRIC SHAMANIC FESTIVAL AND HEREBY FOREVER RELEASE, DISCHARGE, AND HOLD ALCHEMY PRODUCTIONS LLC HARMLESS FROM ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM SUCH RISK, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF ALCHEMY PRODUCTIONS, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS OR REPRESENTATIVES, OR BY THIRD PARTIES, AND I ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY FOR MY PARTICIPATION. 
6. I agree to indemnify Alchemy Productions LLC against any and all claims, actions, lawsuits, damages, and judgments, including attorney’s fees, arising out of or relating to my participation in the Sol y Luna Tantric Shamanic Festival, event or activity. 
7. This Release for Participation in Event or Activity (“Release”) shall not be in any way construed as an admission by Alchemy Productions LLC that it has acted wrongfully with respect to me or any other person, that it admits liability or responsibility at any time for any purpose, or that I have any rights whatsoever against Alchemy Productions LLC.
8. I agree to these terms on behalf of any person to whom I deliver any of the tickets I purchase, and I shall notify any such person of these terms when I provide a ticket to them. 
9. This Release shall be binding upon the parties and their respective heirs, administrators, personal representatives, executors, successors, and assigns. I have the authority to release the Claims and have not assigned or transferred any Claims to any other party. The provisions of this Release are severable. If any provision is held to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. This Release constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior oral or written agreements or understandings between the parties concerning the subject matter of this Release. This Release may not be altered, amended, or modified, except by a written document signed by both parties. The terms of this Release shall be governed by and construed according to the State of Florida laws.

REFUNDS AND CANCELATION POLICY

1. All sales are final. I understand there are no refunds. If I cannot make it, I have two options: Until March 1 st, 2024, 12 am EST, I can transfer my ticket to a friend or next year’s festival. I am responsible for requesting the transfer via written notice at support@solylunafestival.com. After March 1 st, 2024, 12 am EST, any transfer request requires a $150 processing fee.
2.  I understand there is a conditional and partial refund for Platinum Admissions (Mansion LifeStyle); I can request a partial refund until February 1 st, 2024, 12 am EST. But, Eventbrite fees, merchant fees, 10% commissions, and a 50% processing and inconvenience fee are not refundable. After February 1 st, 2024, 12 am EST, there are no refunds; I can only transfer to next year’s festival.
3. No Refunds on Transfers, no exceptions. Platinum Admission Partial Refunds may take up to 12 months to issue refunds.

ADMISSION AND CAMPING SITE (REGARDLESS OF LOCATION)

1. Sol y Luna Tantric Shamanic Retreat/Festival event opens for all ticketholders at 10:00 am on Thursday, March 21st, 2024, and closes at 6:00 pm on Sunday, March 24th, 2024. I agree to have left the area, leaving a clean campsite and no trace before 8:00 pm on March 24th, 2024. I have read, and I understand and agree to comply with any and all rules, regulations, terms, and conditions of Alchemy Productions LLC.  I agree that I am 100% responsible for my camp, my personal well-being, and my personal property at all times. I understand that I must come prepared with food (if no meal pass has been purchased), water, shelter, weather-appropriate clothing, bedding, and anything I may need to survive during this event.
2. I understand that Sol y Luna Tantric Shamanic Festival is organized and coordinated through Alchemy Productions LLC; that it is a ticketed, private event on private property and is not open to the general public. Volunteers will check IDs of all participants upon entry but bear no responsibility for individuals that use falsified identification to gain entry. Alchemy Productions LLC reserves the right to deny anyone access to the property and the event and/or require any individual(s) to leave the property at any time and for any reason. 
3. I acknowledge that all vehicles, including trucks, trailers, and RVs entering and exiting Sol y Luna Tantric Shamanic Festival, are subject to search by security gate staff. 

ALCOHOL & DRUGS

1. I acknowledge that Sol y Luna Tantric Shamanic Festival is an alcohol-free, drug-free, and psychedelic-free environment. I understand that if I am caught using any substances during the event, I will be asked to leave the premises, and I won’t be allowed to attend and participate in any event organized by Alchemy Productions LLC. Alchemy Productions LLC has zero-tolerance for alcohol, drugs, or psychedelic use during the festival.

NUDITY AND SEX

1. I acknowledge that Sol y Luna Tantric Shamanic Festival is a transformational event to awaken, reclaim and heal many aspects of the individual, including sexuality. 
2. I acknowledge that nudity may take place with the intention to heal fear, shame, judgment, and guilt around our body image, sensuality, and sexuality.
3. I acknowledge workshops will be dedicated to educating conscious relationships and sacred sexuality. I understand that Sol y Luna Tantric Shamanic Festival is not an orgy and/or swingers event.
4. I understand that sexual activities involving genitalia are not allowed during workshops, gatherings, and public areas
5. I understand and agree that if I engage in any sexual activity, it will be in my own space (tent, RV, or room), not a public area. I AGREE I AM FULLY RESPONSIBLE for discernment, consent, communication, and boundaries. I release and forever discharge Alchemy Productions LLC from any harm caused by my own lack of discernment and choices. 

USE OF IMAGES

1. I UNDERSTAND AND ACCEPT THAT NO USE OF IMAGES, FILM, OR VIDEO OBTAINED AT THE EVENT MAY BE MADE WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN PERMISSION FROM ALCHEMY PRODUCTIONS LLC, OTHER THAN PERSONAL USE. I understand that I have no rights to make any non-personal use of any image, film, or video footage obtained at the event and that I cannot sell, transfer, or give the footage or completed film or video to any other party, except for personal use, and I agree to inform anyone to whom I give any footage, film, or video that it can only be used for personal use. 
2. By attending Sol y Luna Festival, I acknowledge that photographs and audio/video footage will be taken. In addition, Alchemy Productions LLC and its partners may use my image and likeness for marketing and publicity in their publications, website, and social media. By registering for this event, I waive all rights I may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any use, exhibition, streaming, webcasting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such use, exhibiting, broadcasting, webcasting, or other publication irrespective of whether a fee is charged. I also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by Alchemy Productions LLC and its partners or the person or entity designated to do so by Alchemy Prodcutions LLC.. and its partners. I have been fully informed of my consent, waiver of liability, and release before entering the event.

BY PURCHASING TICKETS ONLINE, I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE READ THIS WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY, AND I FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, AND I UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS, AND I DO SO KNOWINGLY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT OR DURESS.
