Whether you are looking to increase passion, achieve more intense orgasms, or open to spiritual communion with your partner, this workshop will provide you with practical tools to create lasting connection and enhance your intimate experiences.

You’ll learn to feel and direct your sexual energy, allowing you to amplify your aliveness and pleasure. With guided exercises, you will explore how to harness your sexual power, deepen your emotional and physical connection, and become a lover who creates more satisfying, passionate, and connected experiences—both for yourself and your partner(s).

FORMAT:
This workshop focuses on individual experiences with an emphasis on learning to feel and consciously work with your sexual energy. We will practice embodiment exercises designed to help you access and amplify your energy, as well as explore tantric techniques that can lead to greater pleasure and intimacy. It will be a mix of lecture and experiential exercises. I would prefer to have a microphone and the ability to play music to help set the mood and enhance the experience.

ADDITIONAL SUPPORT NEEDED:
It would be helpful to have an additional set of eyes to monitor the group, ensuring that emotional reactions or releases are supported in a safe, grounded manner.
