Event Guidelines

This agreement applies to ALL Sol y Luna productions, including Sol y Luna Festival, Sol y Luna Retreat, Sol y Luna Kids Camp, and any program, ritual, ceremony, class, or gathering organized by Alchemy Productions LLC (“Organizer”).

By registering for or attending any Sol y Luna event, I understand, acknowledge, and agree to the following:

SECTION 1 — AGE, PARTICIPATION & HEALTH

1. Age Requirement
• I certify that I am 18 years of age or older, unless attending a family-friendly event permitting minors.
• If attending with a minor, I certify that I am their legal guardian and assume full responsibility for their safety, participation, and wellbeing.

2. Ability to Participate
I certify that I am physically, mentally, and emotionally capable of participating in Sol y Luna activities, including but not limited to:
breathwork, somatic practices, movement, ritual, dance, sacred sensuality practices (non-sexual), Tantra practices, Tantrikink® intro activities (non-sexual), consent-based touch, embodiment work, creative arts, and outdoor activities.

3. Health Responsibility
• I will not attend if I am experiencing illness or contagious symptoms.
• I take full responsibility for my physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing while participating.

SECTION 2 — EVENT GUIDELINES (THE 25 FOUNDATIONS)

1. Be fully present.

2. Create a judgment-free sacred space.

3. Respect confidentiality.

4. Practice informed consent (“May I touch your back?”).

5. Take self-responsibility for your triggers and emotions.

6. Honor inclusivity, diversity, and acceptance.

7. Understand that triggers are gifts.

8. Honor and listen to your triggers.

9. Emotions are welcome; give others space.

10. Honor the power of receiving a NO.

11. Use Solo Stations with intention.

12. Honor silence.

13. Welcome distractions as teachers.

14. Everything shared is an invitation.

15. Modify practices as needed.

16. Connect with your breath.

17. Sound is welcome for release.

18. Stop assuming; be curious, start communicating.

19. Communicate clearly and honestly.

20. Let your guard down but maintain boundaries.

21. Couples: honor your agreements.

22. Use discernment.

23. Take care of yourself physically and emotionally.

24. Ask for help when needed.

25. Journal your insights if helpful.

SECTION 3 — NUDITY POLICY (PUBLIC VS. PRIVATE VENUES)

Nudity is never required at any Sol y Luna event.
All nudity is optional, consent-based, and venue-dependent.

A. Public Venues (e.g., Sol y Luna Festival)
• NO nudity is allowed anywhere on site.
• No toplessness or partial nudity.
• No nudity at lakes, pools, campgrounds, or workshops.
• Workshops remain clothing-on or underwear-covered (venue permitting).

B. Private Venues (e.g., Sol y Luna Retreat)
• NO full nudity in workshops or group spaces.
• Partial nudity may be invited, but underwear must remain on at all times.
• Full nudity may be permitted ONLY in:
– private accommodations (tent, RV, room)
– designated pool/lake areas at private venues
• All nudity must be non-sexual, optional, and consent-based.

C. Sexual Conduct Policy
• Sexual activity is NOT permitted in public or shared areas.
• Violations may result in immediate removal without refund.

SECTION 4 — SUBSTANCE-FREE ENVIRONMENT

Sol y Luna events are alcohol-free, drug-free, and psychedelic-free.
Any violation may result in removal without refund.

SECTION 5 — PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY & BOUNDARIES

I understand:

• I am 100% responsible for my boundaries, emotional capacity, and wellbeing.
• I may decline or modify any practice.
• Consent is required for all touch.
• I am responsible for communicating my limits.

SECTION 6 — ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RISKS

I understand that Sol y Luna experiences may include:
breathwork, somatic practices, emotional activation, physical movement, ritual, dance, sacred sensuality (non-sexual), Tantra practices, Tantrikink® intro activities (non-sexual), outdoor terrain, water areas, fire circles, and interactions with participants.

I assume all physical, emotional, psychological, and environmental risks voluntarily.

SECTION 7 — COMMUNICABLE DISEASE CLAUSE

I acknowledge that communicable diseases may be present at any gathering.
I assume all risk of illness and release the Organizer from liability related to contracting or transmitting any illness.

SECTION 8 — WATER SAFETY CLAUSE

At venues with pools or lakes:

• Water areas may be unsupervised.
• I assume full responsibility for my safety.
• I release Organizer from any water-related injury or incident.

SECTION 9 — FIRE SAFETY CLAUSE

At events with fire pits, fire circles, candles, or fire performance:

• I understand fire poses inherent risk.
• I will follow fire safety instructions.
• I assume full responsibility for being near fire.

SECTION 10 — MEDICAL CONSENT

I consent to emergency medical treatment if needed and release all associated personnel from liability.

SECTION 11 — PROPERTY & PERSONAL ITEMS

I am responsible for my belongings, campsite or room, food, water, and safety.
Organizer is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage.

SECTION 12 — MEDIA RELEASE

I grant Organizer permission to use photos, video, and audio recordings of me for promotional purposes without compensation.
I waive all rights to approval or royalties.

I will not record others without consent.

SECTION 13 — TRANSFER & CREDIT POLICY

All sales are final.

Sol y Luna offers flexible transfer and credit options to honor individual circumstances while also maintaining the financial, logistical, and energetic integrity of both the Festival and the Retreat.

A. TICKET TRANSFERS (ALL EVENTS)

Tickets may be transferred to another person up to 72 hours before the event at no cost.
Transfer requests must be submitted in writing to: support@solylunafestival.com

B. TRANSFERS WITHIN 72 HOURS — FESTIVAL

Because Sol y Luna Festival requires minimal pre-event preparation:

Transfers requested within 72 hours may be approved only if:

1. The incoming participant signs all required agreements

2. Meets all safety and consent guidelines

3. Can be fully processed by our team before check-in opens

If approved, a $75 late transfer processing fee applies.

Same-Day Transfers (Festival):
May be permitted but are not guaranteed.
They require:
• Full identity verification
• Completion of all participant agreements
• Payment of the $75 late transfer fee

If same-day processing cannot be completed, the Credit Policy applies.

C. TRANSFERS WITHIN 72 HOURS — RETREAT (HIGH PREP EVENT)

Sol y Luna Retreat is a private, preparation-based, emotionally deep container.
Participants must complete required pre-event preparation practices, including:

• Temples Alliance Orientation
• Intake review
• Emotional and somatic readiness guidelines
• Venue logistics
• Required agreements

Because preparation is essential for safety and integrity:

Transfers within 72 hours for the Retreat are rarely permitted.

A late transfer may be approved only if:

1. The incoming participant completes ALL required pre-work before arrival

2. Meets emotional, somatic, and safety-readiness standards

3. Completes all forms and agreements

4. Can be fully processed and approved by our team in time

If approved, a $150 late transfer fee applies. The transfer fee for the Retreat is higher due to the depth of preparation, pre-event practices, and administrative processing required.

Same-Day Transfers for the Retreat:
❌ Not permitted under any circumstance.

If a transfer cannot be processed, the Credit Policy applies.

D. CREDIT POLICY (ALL EVENTS)

If you cannot attend your scheduled event:

1. 30+ Days Before the Event → FULL CREDIT

• You will receive 100% credit toward any Sol y Luna production.
• Valid for 12 months.

Credit Expiration:
After 12 months, unused credit converts into a:

50% credit, valid for an additional 6 months.

After a total of 18 months, unused credit expires.

2. Under 30 Days Before the Event → PARTIAL CREDIT

Partial credit applies due to:

• Prepaid venue contracts
• Lodging and meal commitments (Retreats)
• Per-attendee venue fees and allocated camping space (Festivals)
• Staffing and production costs
• Limited-capacity group reservations

Retreat Credit: Applies only to the experiential portion, as lodging and meals are prepaid and non-refundable.

Festival Credit: Accounts for venue-per-person fees and reserved camping allocations.

3. No-Shows → No Credit

No credits, transfers, or refunds will be issued for participants who do not attend and do not notify us in advance via email at support@solylunafestival.com.

Email is the only accepted and valid form of communication for transfer requests, credit requests, or cancellations.

Messages delivered through social media, text, voicemail, or to individual staff, volunteers, or facilitators are not recognized as official notice.

E. IF A TRANSFER CANNOT BE COMPLETED

If any transfer cannot be processed for any reason, the participant automatically follows the Credit Policy outlined above.

SECTION 14 — FORCE MAJEURE

Events may be postponed, modified, or relocated due to weather, natural disasters, venue issues, government regulations, or circumstances outside Organizer’s control.
No refunds will be issued.

SECTION 15 — ADMISSION & REMOVAL

Organizer may remove any participant for violating policies, safety, boundaries, or guidelines.
No refunds will be issued if removal occurs.

SECTION 16 — ARBITRATION AGREEMENT

Any dispute arising from participation in any Sol y Luna event shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in Sarasota County, Florida.

Participants waive the right to sue in court or participate in a class action.

Each party bears their own legal fees.

SECTION 17 — BINDING AGREEMENT

This agreement:

• binds my heirs, executors, and assigns
• supersedes all prior agreements
• may only be modified in writing
• is governed by Florida law
• remains valid for all future Sol y Luna events I attend

By purchasing a ticket or attending any Sol y Luna event, I affirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this Unified Participant Agreement & Liability Waiver.
