Are there any refunds on admission tickets?
By buying a ticket, you agree to the following:
All sales are final. I understand there are no refunds. If I cannot make it, I have two options: Until March 1 st, 2023, 12 am EST, I can transfer my ticket to a friend or next year’s festival. I am responsible for requesting the transfer via written notice at support@solylunafestival.com. After March 1 st, 2023, 12 am EST, any transfer request requires a $150 processing fee.
Are there any refunds on the Platinum tickets?
By buying a ticket, you agree to the following:
1) I understand there is a conditional and partial refund for Platinum Admissions (Mansion LifeStyle); I can request a partial refund until February 1 st, 2023, 12 am EST. But, Eventbrite fees, merchant fees, 10% commissions, and a 50% processing and inconvenience fee are not refundable. After February 1 st, 2023, 12 am EST, there are no refunds; I can only transfer to next year’s festival.
2) No Refunds on Transfers, no exceptions. Platinum Admission Partial Refunds may take up to 12 months to issue refunds.
Are there any exemptions to the above refund policies?
No, there are not. We appreciate participants who honor and respect our policies. However, participants who proceed with a back charge credit will be banned immediately from any event produced by Alchemy Productions L.L.C. (A.K.A. Sacred Love Temple) and affiliates. Before submitting payment, a participant who purchases a ticket must read and agree to our event guidelines, liabilities, and policies. By agreeing with all the above, participants voluntarily accept all conditions of purchase. If a participant cannot honor what they agreed to at the time of purchase, we don’t believe they will be able to keep, respect, and honor any agreements that help us create a safe and comfortable space for healing and transformation.
Is Sol y Luna a nudity event?
Nudity may take place with the intention to heal fear, shame, judgment, and guilt around our body image, sensuality, and sexuality. It is optional, not required.
How do you handle nudity and Sol y Luna's official photos or video?
We are committed to maintaining the integrity of all our participants. No nude image of a participant will ever be released from our production via our social media or website. Some performers may grant us permission to publish non-invasive nude performance images.
Is Sol y Luna a sex event?
Sol y Luna Tantric Shamanic Festival is not an orgy or swingers event. Sex activities are not allowed during workshops, gatherings, and public areas.
What is a "closed container"?
Sol y Luna Tantric Shamanic Festival is a closed-container festival. It means it is not open to the public; people cannot come in if they don’t have an admission ticket. Therefore, the gate will be closed at all times besides registration and scheduled openings where participants must show their SYL23 wristband to enter the property.
Morning Gate Opening Hours: The gate opens from 6 am through 8 am to welcome 4-day full immersion participants staying outside the property.
Evening Gate Opening Hours: The gate opens from 11 pm -12:30 am for participants not staying on the property to leave for the night.
Lunch and Dinner Breaks Hours: The gate opens during lunch break 12 pm – 2 pm and dinner break 6 pm – 8 pm. Sol y Luna Security Team will only let people in and out who wear the official SYL2023 wristband.
We recommend staying on the property to engage and benefit from the experience fully. If you need to leave the property for any reason, our Sol y Luna Security Team will only let people in and out who wear the official SYL2023 wristband.

Do I need a parking pass?
Yes, If you have a vehicle parked at the property, you will be required to purchase a parking pass.
Do I need to bring meals, or will there be food vendors?
We have decided not to have food vendors at Sol y Luna. Our reason is that most food vendors at festivals charge high prices; even if we offer low vendor fees, their meal prices are still very high for our standards and expectations. For example, people are paying $15 for a veggie burger (bread, lettuce, pickle, vegan mayo, and a bean burger) or $12 for a tiny bowl of grain soup, or $7 for a medium cup of tinted lemon water.
Sol y Luna is committed to creating an environment of nourishment and well-being; we cannot see our participants starving or eating one meal a day because of food costs.
Having our participant’s well-being in mind, we are offering the following:
- Free Early Riser Breakfast, 8 am; we will gather for our daily opening circles to bless the food that nourishes our bodies, minds, hearts, and souls. We will also check in with our family pods, participate in the fun group experiences and learn what adventures are available for the day—an opportunity for participants to learn more about the facilitators and their offerings. We will offer free water, herbal teas, coffee, overnight oats, and tropical fruit. First come, first served until supply last.
- Sol y Luna Latin Bowl Bar, where you can create your nourishing and fulfilling dish. Choose from a selection of rice, quinoa, beans, sauteed mushrooms, spring salad, spinach, peppers, tomatoes, onions, sauteed garlic, artichoke, palm of hearts, olives, other veggies, nuts, fruits, and animal protein (chicken, eggs, fish, and carnitas meat). We are looking at $10 per 26oz bowl and $15 if animal protein is included. *Prices may vary if food prices increase, and controlled portions will be established.
We will be taking payment via credit card only.
*If you drink coffee, bring out your milk choice; we won’t provide that or refrigeration.
Bring your reusable plates, bowls, cups, and silverware. Limited dinnerware supplies will be available for sale.
Other alternatives are local restaurants that deliver to the property or order meals via DoorDash, Uber Eats, and GrubHub—no outside vehicles are allowed on the property for everyone’s safety and privacy; therefore, instruct the delivery person to meet you at the gate.
Lunch and Dinner breaks will be two hours if you leave the property to eat out, be aware performances will take place during meal breaks.
Is onsite camping, bathrooms and showers available?
Onsite Camping is limited! BUY your ticket asap to RESERVE your camping site.

Micro-Glamping – Rent a Sol y Luna Tent with a full-size mattress, sheets, pillow, blanket, and towel. Access to Private Club House Bathrooms & Showers. 1 available!
Camping – Bring your tent, 75 tent sites available. First Bought Ticket, First Serve. Less than 15 remaining!!!
Car Camping – Bring a car or van where you can put down the back seats and put a mattress to sleep comfortably! Unlimited Car Camping is available and recommended!
Off-Site Camping – If you desire to RV camp or tent camp close to the property, the nearest available campsite is https://www.nps.gov/ever/planyourvisit/camping.htm

Camping: Upon arrival, If you have a camping site pass, you will be directed to where to set your tent and where to park. If you have a car camping pass, you will be directed to where to park for the weekend.
Remember, you are responsible for taking your garbage out with you.
Bathrooms: Port-o-potties are provided.
Mansion Bathrooms are exclusively for Mansion Guests.
Club House Inside Bathrooms & Showers is exclusively for Sol y Luna Production Team, Facilitators, Sponsors and Glamping/Micro-Glamping participants.
Showers: Club House Outside Bathroom with Shower and extra outside showers are available for everyone.
Am I required to read Sol y Luna's event guidelines, liability release, and waiver to attend the weekend immersion?
We require participants to read event guidelines, liability releases, and waivers to be fully informed of participating terms. They have been created to educate participants on how we create a safe, comfortable, and conscious space for everyone to heal, transform and build great relationships, intimacy, and love life.
What are the hours for Registration and late Registration for the 4-Day Full Immersion?
Registration starts on Thursday, April 6th – 9th, 2023, from 8 am until 1 pm. Doors close at 1 pm to prepare for the Opening Ceremony.
Doors will open again for late registration from 4 pm until 7:30 pm.
Late registration must be requested at support@solylunafestival.com to have a registration team member available.
Can I leave the festival before Sunday?
Yes, participants can leave at any time before Sunday.
How do I enter the location during the weekend if I stay outside HO'M?
Many participants will be staying at nearby hotels, AIRBNB, etc. To enter, participants must present the official Sol y Luna 2023 wristband. Only at registration do participants receive their wristbands.
