Participants learn to track their authentic yes and no through the Somatic Intelligence Circuit™ — noticing sensation (reception)\, meaning-making (interpretation)\, boundary expression (response)\, and after-effects (integration). \nThrough structured\, fully clothed cuddle agreements and negotiated touch exercises\, participants practice asking\, receiving\, declining\, and renegotiating with clarity and care.
